The Brazilian producer said the deals were part of its third fleet renewal for offshore vessels, named Prorefam.
Four will be built at the domestic Navship plant, owned by Edison Chouest Offshore of the US.
Another three will come from Starnav iin Santa Catarina.
Brazilian media reported the other vessel will come from Norskan via the Vard yard in Rio de Janeiro state, but Norskan said it was not involved.
