The 5,200-dwt Stanford Bateleur (built 2013) will work for Mexiship following some modifications for the project in Dubai.
The vessel has been in Malaysia on charter to Haliburton and with Maersk Oil in Qatar.
Mexiship will deploy the ship on a project at Dos Bocas for Pemex.
