Executive chairman Herbjorn Hansson told shareholders that he was hopeful the company would grow "significantly" in coming years.
The company was spun-off from Nordic American Tanker (NAT) last year and has six ships in operation, with four more newbuildings on the way.
Hansson said: "We are actively looking for acquisition opportunities that fit in with our high-specification fleet.
"So far, everything has developed as we planned and communicated to investors.
