It said its Dof Installer unit has agreed to sell one of its three offshore vessels to an international buyer, without naming the ship.
Delivery is expected in late 2014.
The gain for Dof will be about NOK 650m ($100.7m) after paying off debt on the anchor-handler.
In its second quarter report in August, Dof Installer said its ships are on bareboat contracts in the subsea market.
