Tidewater has opened its boardroom door to PriceWaterhouseCoopers veteran Richard Paterson.
Paterson spent 37 years with the auditor before retiring in 2011, including a period in the last decade overseeing ExxonMobile’s figures.
In addition to experience in the energy hub of Houston, Paterson also spent a period in Russia.
The new director joined PWC in 1974 and continues as a consultant to the company.
