Details of the departure were announced in a statement released on the Oslo Stock Exchange on Wednesday morning.
"Finn Amund Norbye has been an energetic and structured CEO who has done an excellent job in developing Deep Sea Supply to a leading international offshore company," said chairman Harald Thorstein.
