The two-year agreement for underwater services contracts will see its diving support ships and ROVs involved in subsea construction, inspection and repair.
The new part of the charter starts in 2016.
It will run through to the third quarter of 2018. The ROV part of the deal covers a minimum of 100 vessel days per year and runs to the second quarter of 2018.
