The two parties have signed a letter of intent for the construction of a new semi-submersible ship (NSCV), which will become the fifth ship of Heerema’s fleet.
It will be 214 metres long and equipped with two cranes of 10,000-tonnes lifting capacity each and transit speed of 10 knots.
