Bourbon, the Jacques de Chateauvieux-owned offshore shipowner, has seen a further deterioration in its financial performance.

The Paris-headquartered offshore vessel operator saw second quarter revenue fall over 24% year-on-year to EUR 284.7m ($319m).

Vessel utilisation slipped from 79.5% to 64.5%, while the average daily charter rate of its fleet was down 18.1% year-on-year to $15,265.
