A testimony by a former representative for Keppel Corp in Brazil alleges that the company’s top executives gave the green light for bribe payments to Petrobras.
Zwi Skornicki, who had his own firm located inside Keppel’s Brazilian office, told judge Sergio Moro that top managers at Keppel authorized him to pay bribes to win work with the Brazilian oil major.
