Royal Boskalis Westminster and Kotug International have finalised plans for a joint venture.
The two companies, which initially signed a memorandum a year ago, will transfer their European operations into a joint venture operating in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and Belgium.
With a fleet of 65 tugboats, the new company Kotug Smit Towage will serve 11 ports with a combined revenue of EUR 150m ($163.9m).
