Seismic survey shipowner Electromagnetic Geoservices (EMGS) is getting its hands on fresh cash thanks to backing from Siem Industries.
The Norwegian company said $10m in revolving credit and a $10m guarantee facility had been made fully available by lender DVB.
This was due to guarantees provided by the Kristian Siem company and Perestroika AS.
The two backers will receive a market-level guarantee commission.
