Singapore offshore vessel group Ezra Holdings has gained more time to prepare its US bankruptcy restructuring plan.
A 120-day extension period has been granted by New York bankruptcy judge Robert Drain, Bloomberg reported.
It now has until 13 November to file a reorganisation plan and until 12 January, 2018, to win acceptances from creditors.
This is according to an order made on 31 July.
