Mermaid Maritime has boosted its management structure with the appointment of a second chief operating officer, the company has confirmed.
Mark Midgley will be responsible for managing and overseeing Mermaid’s subsea services business with immediate effect.
Over the last 12 years he has held a number of roles at various offshore companies, most recently as chief executive of Malaysia’s Daya Offshore Construction.
