Dutch owner Oceanteam has agreed a deal to sell part of its solutions business.
The Oslo-listed company said the unnamed expected buyer will start a due diligence process.
Commercial terms remain confidential and further information will be released as soon as the transaction is fully closed, it added.
It will continue to operate two divisions, shipping and solutions, after the disposal.
