The OSV market will remain sloppy and unpredictable in an anemic deepwater drilling sector, said Hornbeck Offshore Services (HOS) chief executive Todd Hornbeck.
The company’s improved results during the year’s second quarter was not driven by an increase in OSV demand in the Gulf of Mexico, but due to foreign deployments, Hornbeck said in a conference call.
