Offshore support vessels have seen a welcome net rise in the global roster of one of their key employers, with 13 drilling rigs going back to work and only one unit leaving the market in April.
Of the seven tracked regions, the Middle East was the only loser, while Africa saw the largest increase in percentage terms at 36.4%.
April’s tally of 213 working offshore rigs was up 5.97%
