Scorpio Group-backed Eneti has posted a lower third-quarter profit ahead of its merger with Cadeler.
The US-listed wind turbine installation vessel (WTIV) owner said net earnings were $18.3m, against $36.2m in 2022.
The previous year’s figure included an $8.1m gain in the price of its stake in sister company Scorpio Tankers.
