SolstadFarstad has fixed a construction support vessel (CSV) into Argentina.
It said the 4,700-dwt Normand Commander (built 2006) has entered into a bareboat contract with Bahia Grande LN for five years.
The deal also includes three years of options. The term begins in February.
Rates are being kept confidential.
The vessel was the subject of legal action by Solstad Offshore in 2016 when it pursued alleged unpaid charter hire from Ranger Offshore.
