Azamara Club Cruises is expanding its fleet with the addition of a third vessel, the Miami-based cruise line has confirmed.

The ship, to be named Azamara Pursuit, is due to join the Miami-based upmarket cruise line subsidiary of Royal Caribbean Cruises in March 2018.

The identity of the acquired ship was not disclosed, but US media outlets have named it as Carnival’s 700-passenger, 30,300-gt Adonia (built 2001).
