“Nothing is more secure than the insecurity of the future: 2017 is going to be a rumble in the jungle again but this time the non-operating owners of tonnage will be more in focus, as their customers — the liner companies — have set the tone of consolidation already.
Supply and demand will be more in balance but will not help much to stabilise the market participants.
