Henrik Lind's investment fund Polaris is reported to have hired an investment bank to prepare the sale of Danish ferry owner Molslinjen.
The Finans daily said FIH Partners has been brought on board to work on a deal in 2020.
The estimated price is around DKK 7.5bn ($1.14bn) including debt.
Molslinjen chairman Frantz Paludan declined to comment.
