The French port of Le Havre is to get a new terminal with a liner company taking on a key investment role.

Some EUR 160m ($212m) will be invested in buildings and loading/unloading areas by a joint-venture comprising box operator Mediterranean Shipping Company and cargo-handling operator Terminaux de Normandie, according to media reports.

The TNMSC terminal will be situated in the port’s western zone.
