Fairfield Chemical Carriers looks to have offloaded its fourth modern chemical tanker in as many months, according to shipbrokers.
The Connecticut and Tokyo-based shipowner is reported to have sold the 21,200-dwt Fairfield Kiso (built 2011) for a reported $21.7m.
However, the shipowner is said to have taken the vessel back on a three-year charter at $14,500 per day plus two one-year options.
