Malaysian Bulk Carriers (Maybulk) has seen a mixed week in sale & purchase with one deal succeeding and another falling through.
Brokers said the sale of the 32,000-dwt Alam Sakti (built 2006) to an unnamed Greek buyer for $7m has failed, but gave no further details.
However, industry sources say that Maybulk has been successful in offloading its last MR tanker, the 48,000-dwt Alam Bakti (built 2003).
