Italy’s d’Amico International Shipping (DIS) has agreed a sale and charter-back for two of its older MR product tankers.
It has sold the 46,992-dwt High Endurance and High Endeavour (both built 2004) to Monaco’s Sea World Management SAM for $13.5m each.
The Italian shipowner has also agreed to take the vessels back on four year charters at what it described as “an attractive rate”.
