Thoresen Shipping of Thailand is believed to have secured its third bulker buy of 2017.
Bangkok-listed Thoresen has acquired the 58,700-dwt Songa Marlin (built 2009), shipbrokers believe.
TradeWinds reported last week that Songa had sold the vessel.
A price of around $14m is being placed on the ship, for which Songa paid $11.85m
