Denmark's DFDS has completed its EUR 950m ($1.1bn) takeover of Turkey's U.N. Ro-Ro earlier than expected.

It announced the deal in April and last month banked DKK 1bn ($160m) from a share issue to help pay for it.

The integration process is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

DFDS now owns 98.8% of the company.
