The unit of Kuala Lumpur-listed Silk Holdings will pay MYR 216.5m($70m) for the trio at Muhibbah Marine Engineering (MME).
Jasa Merin’s fleet will reach 21 vessels once the 60tonne-bollard-pull (tbp) vessel and two units of 120-tbp are delivered.
The first is expected to hit the water by the end of thisyear with the other two to follow next year.
It is the second time in the space of six months that Jasahas turned to MME for anchor handlers.
