A three-vessel splash will be split between shipbuilders in Japan with one option declared at Chinese yard Samjin.
It brings the Danish shipowner’s total number of newbuildings under construction to 14 with all but the two Samjin vessels to be built in Japan.
Eight of the vessels, including the four ordered today, are eco design ships, CEO Per Lange told TradeWinds.
