Geonavegacao, a subsidiary of Georadar Group, will pay BRL 293m($130m) for two oil spill recovery vessels (OSRV) and one 5,000-dwt platform supplyvessel (PSV).

Wilson Sons will build the trio at its shipyard in Guaruja,Sao Paulo, for delivery in 2015.

The company, which recently commissioned a second yard in Guaruja, constructs vessels for its own fleet as well as thirdparties and provides repair and maintenance services to for oil and gascompanies operating in Brazil.
