The shipowner said the 52,000-dwt Ming Zhou 29 (built1986) and Ming Zhou 30 (built 1988) were sold for CNY 56.5m ($9.27m) to adomestic breaker called Fujian Saijiang.
In a statement to the Shanghai stock exchange, it saidboth vessels will be delivered this month.
The profit from the deal will be about CNY 15m, it added.
