The deal comes just a few weeks after Heidmar appointed Womar boss Hans van Der Zijde as chief executive only to make a dramatic U-turn five days later.
BW says van Der Zijde will remain as chief executive of Womar and Captain Uday Yellapurkar will be retained as chairman following the takeover.
The deal marks the latest twist in a busy period for Heidmar, which was rocked by the death of chief executive Marc La Monte in October 2013.
