The company said net profit to 31 December was MYR 151.6m($46.19m), against MYR 118.8m in 2012.
Revenue dipped to MYR 761m from MYR 764m, but costswere MYR 33m lower at MYR 604m.
Its yard operations turned in profit of MYR 50m inthe fourth quarter, but shipping operations produced a loss of MYR 1.61m.
