It is in talks with several yards about completing the24,000-gt ships it ordered in 2010, but cancelled in 2012 when P+S went bust.
The company told Maritime Danmark that P+S will not handlethe work itself.
The two ferries will have their weight reduced by takingmaterial from the superstructure, although this could cut passenger capacity.
The vessels originally cost EUR 184m combined, but were acquiredagain this year for EUR 31.6m
