It said its subsidiary Garware OffshoreInternational Services had bought and immediately sold the 9,400-gt Beau Geste (built2009).
The vessel was originally chartered in bythe company on a bareboat basis in 2009.
It said the deal was done on a "noprofit, no loss basis", but did not mention the other parties involved.
