The company said it was inviting sealed bids by 10 October for the 134,000-dwt FSO Tuma (built 1995, ex Sea Breeze) and the 277,000-dwt Oloibiri (built 1976).
It wants to renew its fleet as part of a new strategy, it said.
Both units are laid up off Lagos.
Nigeria’s house of representatives last year ordered an investigation into the alleged waste of $60m on Tuma.
