The company told the Hong Kong stock exchange that a reorganisation of its Jiangsu Rongsheng Heavy Industries yard will be considered and then, "if appropriate", initiated.
Rongsheng added it did not have any confirmed details, but the move could involve restructuring of its assets, business, debt and/or equity, and could dilute its shareholding to a level where Jiangsu Rongsheng is no longer a subsidiary of the group.
