A deal for the two completed cargoships would be a much-needed boost for Ananda Shipyard & Slipways.
A delegation led by Nordic's managing partner Rowil Ponta arrived in Bangladesh this week, the Daily Star reported.
"The formalities in this regard are underway," Ananda said in a statement.
The deal could be worth BDT 1.85bn ($24m) to the yard, which has suffered from cancellations in recent years.
