It has bought the 5,500-dwt general cargoship Uzeyir Hajibeyli (built 2010), renamed from Kapitan Kozhevnikov.
The vessel, to be used in the Black Sea and Mediterranean, was acquired from Russia's Shizhnya Shipping.
It has also picked up a 210-hp tug named Lenkoran from Pacc Offshore Services Holding.
This will be used in Azerbaijan's sector of the Caspian Sea, including the Shah Deniz and Absheron fields and the Shafag-Asiman block of fields.
