The Hong Kong-listed shipbuilder said total proceeds from public tenders for land and property will be at least CNY 1bn ($163.48m).
The biggest deal involves Guangzhou Shipyard Industrial, which owns three industrial plots.
This subsidiary has been valued at CNY 414m, but will be sold for at least CNY 974m.
It is also selling the Hongfan Hotel in Guangzhou for a minimum of CNY 121m and Guangzhou Jinzhou, a company owning five office buildings, for CNY 33.8m.
