It said the 32,500-gt Finnhansa (built 1994) has been snapped up by major shareholder Grimaldi Group of Italy at a “market price” of EUR 30m ($38.22m).

And the 29,300-gt Euroferry Brindisi (built 1996, formerly Finnarrow), managed by Grimaldi, has gone to an “external party” for EUR 32.5m.
