The company said its board had agreed the sale of the 9,800–dwt Marciana (built 2010) to an unnamed buyer.
It is owned by a single-ship company registered in the Marshall Islands that is controlled by IHB.
The company is left with a sistership built in 2009 at the same yard, plus two modern supramaxes and a handysize, also all built at Varna.
