The company said it will build one offshore construction vessel and two anchor-handlers.
The contracts were signed with an unnamed overseas buyer.
“The revenue generated from the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of TAS Group for financial year ending 31 May 2015 and 2016,” it said.
