Some parts of the vessels have become more expensive as a result, a source close to state holding company United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) told the Prime news agency.
“We are negotiating the contract sum increase because we understand that we’ve signed the deals when the euro stood at RUB 42 ($0.67) and now it is RUB 72 to 76,” the source said.
