The 2,100-bhp Ocean Produce (built 1974) was sold close to book value, the company said.
Atlantic owned 39,5% of the vessel, which has been laid up since September 2014.
The owner has sold at least three older ships since the start of 2014 in an effort to renew its fleet.
That leaves Atlantic with nine vessels built between 1957 and 1984, in addition to the more modern vessels, in its 23 strong fleet.
