The company said net profit to 28 February was MYR 0.67m ($0.18m), compared to MYR 10.45m in 2014.
Revenue declined to MYR 74.37m from MYR 114.29m over the same period.
In January the shipyard company announced orders from an unnamed new client worth $40m.
It will build one offshore construction vessel and two anchor-handlers.
