Croatia's Uljanik Shipyard has won an order for a 237-berth cruiseship for delivery in 2018.
Brokers said an unknown owner has signed a contract this week for the 10,000-gt vessel.
No price has been given for the deal.
In September, Uljanik won a trio of bulkers from Algoma of Canada.
