Ukraine’s Okean Shipyard has been declared bankrupt after failing to overturn a court ruling.
Odessa's court of appeals declined to revoke a February ruling of the business court in the Mykolaiv region that has opened the liquidation of the yard.
The court has appointed Iryna Serbin as arbitration manager, Interfax reported.
Ukrainian shipowner Ukrrichflot and the country’s prosecutor general's office had asked that the bankruptcy decision be overturned.
