Korea’s Hyundai Mipo Dockyard has added a ro-pax to its orderbook.
The yard said it had signed a deal with Korean/Chinese venture Weidong Ferry for a 31,000-gt ferry.
The vessel will be built between July 2017 and September 2018, the Asiasis website said.
It will run from Incheon to Qingdao at a maximum of 25 knots, with capacity for 724 passengers. No price was revealed.
